EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to exchange it for another phone model or style, please email online@womanonthemove.co.za , within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order.

Kindly note that all courier costs for exchanges and returns are for the client as per our T&C’s. Once your exchange has been processed, we will send a quote with the courier costs and arrange for our courier to collect your purchase and return it to us. We will also send the new item/s if it is an exchange.

You are also welcome to arrange to do an exchange in person at our collection office, 9 Princess Street, Hout Bay at no extra cost. Or utilise an alternative courier service, we can recommend www.pudo.co.za

NOTE:
  • Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return.
  • Refunds will take place on the 15th / 30th of the month
  • Please ensure that the item(s) that are being returned are unused, in the original condition and have the packaging they were delivered in
  • Provide order number or proof of purchase
  • We do not offer returns / exchanges / credit notes on sale / discounted items. All sales items are final purchases.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately online@womanonthemove.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
