Will this case fit my phone?
Our cases are precision-engineered for specific phone models. Please verify your exact device in your phone's settings (Settings > General > About) before purchasing. Our cases do not fit generic or universal sizes.
Can I use my WOTM case with a screen protector?
Yes! Our cases are designed with a slight raised lip to protect your screen, and they are fully compatible with most standard tempered glass screen protectors.
Do you make cases for Android/Samsung devices?
hile our core collection focuses on iPhone models, we do offer a curated selection of our best-selling styles for Samsung devices. You can filter by "Samsung" on our shop page.
Straps, Purses & Customization
Are all straps and pouches interchangeable?
Absolutely. All of our crossbody straps, wristlets, and clip-on purses feature our signature high-quality snap hooks. You can mix, match and swap them across any of our cases or bags.
How long are the crossbody straps? Are they adjustable?
We offer both fixed-length (chain straps & wristlets) and adjustable straps.
Our standard fixed chain straps measure approximately 120 cm and our wristlets 35cm.
Our adjustable straps range from 75cm to 137cm so you can find your perfect drop length.
Can I buy just a strap or just a case?
Yes. While we sell many popular combinations as sets, you can purchase individual cases, standalone straps, and purses to build your own custom look.

What kind of leather do you use?
We use 100% genuine, premium local top-grain leather for our collections.
How do I clean and care for my leather case and bag?
To keep your leather looking beautiful, wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For deeper cleans, use a reputable leather cleaner and conditioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, intense heat, or heavy water.
Will the card slot on the back stretch out over time?
Our snap-closure card slots are designed to securely hold 2–3 essential cards (like your ID and primary credit card). While genuine leather naturally softens and molds slightly over time, it is engineered to maintain its shape and keep your cards secure.
Functionality & Tech
Does the case support wireless or MagSafe charging?
Our MagSafe-compatible line features detachable card holders and purses so you can charge easily.
Will the magnetic snaps demagnetize my credit cards?
No. We use specially shielded directional magnets and snaps that are entirely safe for modern credit cards and will not damage your magnetic strips or chips.
